Transfer foil for design. Application: apply on top to a cold Foil gel layer of (10-15 second after nail are taken out of the UV lamp). Can also be applied between gel layers to achieve inner aquarian effect as well as on top of the nail, before the Top gel. 37 cm in a plastic bag.
