Description
Special gel base and top for chrome powders, pigments. Creates a perfectly smooth surface for rubbing and ensures strong adhesion of the pigment to the nail.
As a top coat it preserves the mirror chrome effect and protects the finish.
How to use
Apply a thin layer over cured color or gel. Cure for 30 seconds in the lamp.
Rub the pigment into the surface and apply another thin layer of the gel. Cure again for 30 seconds.
