Charisma Red-S glitter

Thin semi-transparent colour glitter. Looks different in on each different colour background.

Applicaction: apply and rub with a brush or finger on the uv gel tacky layer. Or can also be applied on a wet top gel layer. It is recommended to use Perfect top gel to overlay glitters.
